20 Acres In Northern California

Hey guys, so I told you that I would keep you informed as to what's going on with the Earthship Ashram/Village Project when there is news.. and well there is some! We'll be procuring 20 acres of land with water access in the beautiful green (smelly) hills of Mendocino County, California, and we'll be building a village and sustainable community of Earthships as an Ashram and center for Consciousness and Initiation and Meditation and living "off-the-grid" ..

Even if you are unable to be able to work with us short-term, don't worry, because we have big long-term goals..

If we are able to do this, and I know in my Heart that we shall ( I have also seen it in the Astral Plane frequently in Meditation burning as a bright and vivid vortex of potential ) we will be able to replicate this design over and over again, and with it generate wealth from donations and from the design of the projects over and over again ( if all goes well ) and build these kind of projects all over the world!

The reason I'm writing this is because we are about to enter into the phase of actually seeking to formulate a blueprint for the first Earthship and we can use as much help as we can get with either plans, people who know what they are doing, people who may wish to be involved with the project who can provide a large benefit that others may not be able to have in whatever way that may be, whether it be financially, or with a technical skill, ( solar panels, electrician, etc. ) and I would love to dialog with as many as such people as would like to help us in our endeavor..

It would be great to have some conversation on this subject... I hope you will join me in this forum Beloved friends, and heroes of Earth, we have come a long way..

This sounds absolutely amazing, I mean talk about how you're going to be taking over this land.

If we are going to be doing this I have many questions on talking this through.

Listen, the idea of coming together on a specific platform is intriguing to me, more than setting an example for living. I can see that living by example is the way to go for convincing people. My whole idea is that if we have guaranteed soldiers to fight for us, the gathering is more important than the cause. Hear me out, all the time change happens, just because living off the grid is our stand at this time does not mean we have to stand by it, ya know? The reason its okay to change is that there is always a better platform to stand on and if we gather, than we can keep building up to secure our stance. Now, we have great, great visions but without each other to bounce fresh ideas off we have not taken change by the reigns.

If we want this, I agree we need to come together, to be honest right now I'm not willing to move together permanently, but we need a place for gathering. So, here I am purposing that we meet soon.

I am someone somewhat shortsiding on influence out there. I been studying human behavior and its more complicated than I hoped for. Now I do not know your plans; ex: do you want to spread a large message, do want just a small number of people to understand. This is why if we meet the planning gets furthered so much. Some people are not willing to listen, but the message can Always be refined so its not quite clear to me. Now i hope to bounce ideas off..

I have no more direction, lets further this step by step.
So- HAM

What does the land look like? is it varied, with open area and forest? is it on an incline? Any running water? Artesian Springs? (love those)

would love to see some pictures or maybe google earth Coordinates.
When will you be open for business and ready to receive invited campers?

I sent you a message on youtube about my recent experiences doing a project much like this.

How will you invite people? Putting up the address might be dangerous..

Have you contacted the local Militia?

The land has water, not not exactly sure what kind but I know it does, the guy said so.. I haven't seen the land yet but the terrain around here is foresty, pacific northwest, as soon as I know where it is I'll find some way to get it up on Google Earth and get some pictures and dimensions of the property from overhead (DEFINITELY) ..

Sorry sometimes I don't get to my messages on Youtube.. Local Militia?? HUH? I won't put up the address naw.. just interview people I guess who want to come and figure things out..

I am a heavy equipment operator with over 19 years eperience, in the top 15% of earth movers anywhere. After a career in oil and gas construction I am looking for a way out as I don't believe oil and gas is sustainable, healthy, or good for the planet. However, my skills remain and I would like to put them to good use for a change. I hereby donate my skills and time to your project, providing of course I can actually get into your country from Canada. Currently, your government tells me I need a waiver, even though I have no criminal record and have created no offence against your country other than critisism of your government.
I love this website, and am currently on a journey of self discovery and personal growth. I will likely need some help overcoming a lifetime of negative programing, and therefore am very open and receptive to help and discussion.
Best regards,
M.

OMG Jaime you lucky bastard! This guy could help you build underground Bunkers with a door in the basement of the earthship! Relive the ole Tunnel wanderings of the Templars =P.

"Militia"- I believe the creation of these Earthship villages is the most potent form of defeating the evil in this world, this evil is materially more powerful than you by a far margin, though they are blinded by their evil and cannot see the stones the builders rejected creating their own structures. But once you publicize the findings of your Utopian Experiments (which you must or you wont be doing your job) and this all becomes main stream Civil war may be inevitable unless the evil ones are stripped of their power peacefully. Depending on the foresight and prophetic ability of the evil ones they could be knocking on your door any second.
Though people like me and you are unwilling to do violent harm (even unto self defense), there are those who would gamble their souls for the sake of defending freedom, In which these kind of technological earth villages are the pinnacle in this age. Do not fear for I have faith that this dream will be defended when the time comes for the evil material masters to lose their grip (if it hasnt happened already =P ).
its up to us to push the envelope of goodness and see what vipers we can scare out of their nests.

Damn this hasn't taken off!

I was hoping we could start convosation with creative ideas for this commune thought.

I'll throw some of mine out.
--When I think about this I completely think of separation, the reason we would want this is to provide an example to society that other things should be successfully possible.
I'm one of those guys that can't move on until I've scrounged up the idea that will move me onto another big project. I want to make something like this work in the next 1 year. I have a possible avenue for 1 acre or so in central illinois that I feel I could sustain myself on and make an impact on my community. The only thing is I don't have many subscribers that would help me expedite time.

I want my project to 'POP' as much as I can afford. My goal, beyond the obvious evolution of me, is I want the strongest wave of pure influence. So no sacrificing on benefits. I feel If I'm fighting I gonna turn this world inside out or if not I'll go home and still be happy. What I wont settle with is for us to make a strong push and then it work somewhat slowly but it would then get corrupted and already it would be out of our hands. Just some digressions as I write.

I can prove somethings and I can convince of some others, what we want are some ideas that are absolute methods for achieving satisfaction. Possible themes, water and human cleanliness; sustainable nutrients and disposable waste; protective housing and security; active income as well as our influence onto the world. That is as far as the basics for biggest problems go. Some deeper more down the road problems are education and communication.

Okay losing focus haha--We want people to offer their expertise and it feels like that is how this will play out, the more we develop, the more notice people give us, the more promising our sincerity of changing the world will go. Next post>

Hey Tamid, what does this situation look like at this time for the acquisition of this land. Im pretty much finished with my summer work and am not in the mood for another 9 months of cloud cover up in seattle so im ready to go.
A big issue as far as starting out with tents is what to do with our ****, literally. After some practice and experimentation on a project like this, ive found that the biggest impact on comfort and the longevity of the stay is a comfortable place to Evacuate in a fashion that wont come back to haunt us... I was blessed to find one of those toilet chairs when this need was revealed, because if its not properly addressed there will be no girls coming for an extended stay. Our first earth build was the outhouse made straight from cut logs and mud mixed with grass, if you've got a facebook you can see some pictures of the 'Back-5' project my name is Max Denby (its to late to care about anonymity anymore).
I really hope there are no schisms on acquiring the land. BTW if this works out could I bring my Sergeant? He is an Amazing chef and can do well with any edible resources.

That eclipse was Awesome! To bad thick clouds obscured the blood moon in my area, ive resigned to working eco-projects at my camp, gonna make a food forest, im still hopeful and optimistic these things will come together and even this thread contributing in a meaningful way, there are many eco-village type places in the west, most are low profile, id like to see High Profile. A website to find these places can be found googling "Intentional Communities". I think Tamid is getting there be he also juggles a lot of other things. Id like to see this "Ashram" and all other communities connected in the west in a free resource sort of way where people can travel in between in sustainable adventure ect.
And im glad to be doing my part at my camp, maybe soon ill have enough cloute to invite more people to work with me, Id still LOVE to see this ashram take shape and be a part of it.
