wwp2Inherently, all the people of the Earth have a common connection to Earth and all of humanity. Some have not become conscious of our common interest and so have spent untold energy, at great cost, arguing, in some cases for centuries, over who's way of life is really is right for EveryOne. While in the past such action may have been appropriate, it certainly is inappropriate to continue those actions in the Now. If we do, we are destined to continue living in an obsolete paradigm that may well have brought us to the brink of destruction. We declare we are living a new paradigm, one that works for a unified human family, EveryOne.

Since it is self evident that EveryOne by nature has Free-Will, it would be helpful to offer a new idea that EveryOne will find universally acceptable, a human commonality in the form of a Pledge, upon which all can agree.

The agreement would need to appeal to EveryOne and offer possibility to all without requiring anyone to suffer harm.

As we see it, our human condition is clear, we the people on Earth, are clearly capable of doing anything we put our minds to; what we figured out was lacking is one, singular, beyond duality principal that, when applied, allows us to do everything we want to do without damaging ourselves or our home planet's ecosystems. our current Pledges are to flags, countries, sports teams, and appropriately to our spiritual association (church, ashram, teacher, etc...)

That realization resulted in the group creating a statement of a principal that will ensure, if followed in each and every action, a future that works for everyone. We call it the Whole World Pledge.

Take the Pledge here.

Submit your ideasfor how the Whole World Pledge can be applied, and your experience of applying it to your life, your family, your community, etc...

From One Pledge Taker:
"Sometimes what's needed for an ethical compass is just a simple but ever-present sign that you can use to test your actions against. The Whole World Pledge is simple and powerful enough to do that. For everyone, from an individual to an organization to a nation... (BTW, expect a million opinions about what constitutes suffering and harm - that'll be fun! In fact, a worldwide dialog on that would be wonderful... and all from one pledge! Hooray!)"
