This is the method that i use meditate and i have had great results. There are also videos for obtaining your self-realisation developed by the founder of Sahaja Yoga Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
I would encourage all seekers of truth to investigate and experiment with sahaja yoga yourself to see if it works for you.
There are many websites online containing much information on Sahaja yoga and its techniques for meditation and balancing the subtle system.
Also it has been established nearly worldwide and there are many locations around the world where you can attend a local meditation session.

Of course it is all free, how can anyone charge for the assisting someone in their seeking and activating their own subtle system. i think anyone who wants money or anything in return for this type of work is clearly not such a balanced being. If you really are connected to the power that created you, then the aiding of another self in their seeking the only thing that you would and want to do. Besides working on yourself to become a more balanced and humble being and strengthening of your connection to your kundalini.
