The Ish
Ish is the vibrationless spirit, the experience you have when you just pass through the photonic tachyonic filter that is Lemuaya
You have an impact on the stillness around you, as it is being reflected from you, so much so that those around you feel this impact even if they aren't aware, the Ish is the holy spirit, in the trinity.
This exercise also allows the mind to retreat to an acceptable level, and that is when you will be able to see the colors I am bringing in right now, the colors of free energy, and believe me when I say, this is just the beginning.Many more will follow, as your spectrum goes to a state of infinty where once it was in a state of limitation.Ish, is the allowance of the...in-breath... the breathing out, Ish is the understanding that everytime you inhale, you take the reflection of those things that you see around you inside you, you transform them as they pass through the Aken-a, and you reflect a positive angle of infinity back towards the outside world.
Ish literally is the akhen-a in action, it is above the concepts of love, because the realization that you might have in the coming minutes is that love is a sensation which can only be there because it's opposite in duality also exists.
Above that, lies the Ish.
Ish is the yes, the action, so that is the exercise that I want to give you now, in everything that you do, every step that you take, be aware of what you reflect.
Be aware of the reflection coming into you, be aware that you have the power to change ..those..reflections, you can bind them, to be more. If the reflection that you see is a reflection of fear than it must be coming from the inside and the way to solve that is!... Ish...
So you must begin by breathing, breathe in, breathe out...

Instead of just letting the air coming in and letting it move out again you make yourself aware of the air that is moving out of you you make yourself aware also of the energy that is moving out of you, and that is why the ISSHHHH is there, that is awareness right there it is you being aware of the breath that you have taken, the reflection that you took in, the change that you put upon it, and how you then breathe it out.
