Kriya Yoga is basically a fusion of everything that most of us have been practicing, the Bhakti of Love and Devotion of God, the Zen of Meditation, the Wisdom of Jnana Marga, and the direct experience of Kundalini Shakti. Together these form Kriya Yoga, however in Kriya Yoga each of these elements is transmitted directly by the Siddha Guru.

It must not only be our goal to practice Kriya Yoga, it must also be our goal to extend the practice to the general public and help them to see what we are doing.. What are we doing anyway? Most of us are just sitting around practicing on our own, why not come together in an Ashram as has been done traditionally for thousands of years to further the practice of all.. where all can be exposed to the energies of the Kriya Yog practice as transmitted by a spiritually Enlightened Master.
